Visiting Policy

We enjoy having individuals & groups come visit us in Honduras. Loving Honduran Kids has a visiting policy as well as an application process. Please read the following information:

INDIVIDUALS

If you are interested in visiting us, each individual must complete our Individual Visitor Application Form. Then, you must read our Visitor Information Packet & complete the Required Documents that are in the packet (Letter of Recommendation, Background Check, Rules & Regulations, and the Medical & Liability Release Forms).

GROUPS

If you have a group interested in visiting us, the group leader must fill out the Group Application Form. If approved, each team member must complete the Individual Visitor Application Form, read our Visitor Information Packet & complete the Required Documents (Letter of Recommendation, Background Check, Rules & Regulations, and the Medical & Liability Release Forms).

**PLEASE NOTE**

• Each visitor/group is responsible for their own travel expenses (flights & travel to and from the airport), travel insurance, lodging, & meals. If you contact us ahead of time, we can help you find traveling options to and from the airport, lodging & suggest food options.

• Visitors are at the discretion of Loving Honduran Kids.

• ** We, at Loving Honduran Kids, would like to have friends come visit us. However, the children's safety, protection & well being are of the upmost importance to us.
